Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a National Accounts Sales Strategy Manager to drive cross-sell opportunities in dental and vision within the United States. You will partner with account teams, assess data, and shape pursuit strategies to exceed growth targets.

You will manage RFPs, coordinate with underwriting, legal, actuarial and marketing, and prepare competitive quotes and client presentations. This role supports national accounts and reports to the Dental and Vision Head of Sales; hybrid/remote work

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare industry sales, account management or consulting.
• Experience leading sales strategy or pursuit strategy initiatives.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills across finalist meetings.
• Experience coordinating RFP processes with cross-functional teams.
• Active Health & Life license or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive growth strategies to achieve membership growth targets.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing client base.
• Support RFP management and proposal development across territories.
• Prepare competitive quotes with underwriting and legal teams.
• Maintain client pipelines and coordinate account planning.
