Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a National Accounts Sales Strategy Manager to develop and execute cross-sell growth strategies for dental and vision within the National Accounts segment. This role supports RFP management, prospecting, and client engagement across territories, reporting to the Dental and Vision Head of Sales.

Open to remote/hybrid location; 40 hours per week; requires 5+ years in healthcare sales; Bachelor's degree; active Health & Life license; Salesforce familiarity; strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years within the healthcare industry sales, account management and/or consulting.
• Sales strategy or pursuit strategy experience.
• Client-facing/presentation experience across finalist and capability meeting settings.
• Experience supporting cross functional initiatives in a complex matrix environment.
• Active Health & Life license required. May obtain within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Develop a proactive growth strategy and process that drives membership growth.
• Identify and prioritize cross sell opportunities within existing Aetna/Caremark clients.
• Collaborate to define and execute account specific pursuit strategies and proposals.
• Maintain client-specific pipeline and strategy; support target account planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuit activity including strategy development and client presentations.
