Kemper is seeking a National Accounts Sales Executive to build and manage strategic relationships with national agencies, brokers, carriers, and distribution partners. You will drive revenue growth across large accounts, expand Kemper Auto's presence, and support nonstandard products including Private Passenger Auto and Commercial Vehicle.

You will develop strategic account plans, lead negotiations, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver competitive, profitable solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive B2B sales or strategic account management experience.
• Experience with national or enterprise accounts and complex stakeholders.
• Travel up to 50% for meetings, events, and relationship development.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for national accounts and distribution partners.
• Build executive-level relationships with decision-makers across agencies, brokers, carriers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Lead complex business development initiatives, including negotiations and implementation.
• Set growth objectives, forecasts, and account strategies; monitor profitability and retention.
• Collaborate with product, underwriting, finance, operations, and marketing to meet partner needs.
• Serve as trusted advisor to partners, addressing issues and driving mutual growth.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Lead executive business reviews and partner meetings to communicate priorities.
• Represent Kemper at industry events to expand market presence.
