Kemper is seeking a National Accounts Sales Executive to develop and manage strategic relationships with national agencies, brokers, carriers, and distribution partners, driving revenue growth for Kemper Auto across large, complex accounts.

The role emphasizes executive-level relationship building, strategic planning, and collaboration with multiple internal teams to create financially sound solutions and expand Kemper Auto’s presence in the insurance market.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, business development, agency management, or strategic account management.
• Experience managing national or enterprise-level accounts involving complex organizations and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for business meetings, industry events, and relationship development across multiple states.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for national accounts and distribution partners.
• Build executive-level relationships with decision-makers across national agencies, brokers, carriers, and partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
• Lead negotiations, implementation, and ongoing strategic relationship management.
• Establish growth objectives, sales forecasts, and monitor performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Finance, Operations, Marketing and other stakeholders to develop solutions meeting partner needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic partners, addressing issues and driving growth opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Lead executive business reviews, strategic presentations, and partner meetings.
