American Iron & Metal (AIM) is seeking a National Accounts Manager to drive national growth, expand supplier networks, and strengthen our presence across the United States. This remote, field-focused role partners with automotive recyclers, dismantlers, and industrial accounts to secure strategic commercial partnerships.

You will lead high-impact sourcing, negotiate long-term agreements, manage pipelines with CRM tools, and travel nationally up to 60%.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years in B2B sales or national accounts.
• Proven ability to prospect and grow strategic accounts.
• Strong negotiation and revenue growth track record.
• Willingness to travel nationally up to 60%.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely.

• Develop and secure long-term purchasing agreements and strategic supply partnerships.
• Drive national sourcing initiatives for automotive and related materials.
• Prospect and grow supplier relationships across the U.S.
• Lead bids and negotiate pricing strategies.

• Develop territory and account growth plans.
• Represent AIM Honeycomb at tradeshows and conferences.
• Analyze market trends to optimize pricing and growth.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, finance for execution.
• Manage pipeline activity with CRM and market intelligence.
• Serve as the primary commercial representative for national accounts.
