American Iron & Metal (AIM) is seeking a results-driven Field Sales/Business Development professional to expand the supplier network across a territory in the US. You will travel extensively to meet automotive businesses, recyclers, and industrial suppliers, assess opportunities, and secure profitable partnerships.

You will work outdoors in all weather, lift up to 50 lbs, and coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure smooth material flow.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Experience in automotive, recycling, transportation, construction or other relevant industries.
• You are comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, load and unload materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to travel daily throughout an assigned territory with some overnight travel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Safely inspect and move materials during inspections and collections.
• Build strong relationships with existing and new suppliers in the territory.
• Negotiate directly with suppliers and prepare accurate bids based on material value.
• Evaluate catalytic converters based on market factors and negotiate on-site with suppliers.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure efficient material transport.
