Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in HVAC/R, pool and spa, power transmission, or industrial sales through distribution.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains executive relationships with distributors.
• Develops strategic annual sales and marketing plan (AOP).
• Analyze customer history and market data to optimize forecast accuracy.
• Engage across engineering, legal and other departments to finalize specifications and contracts.
• Maintain CRM to track growth opportunities and action items.
• Attend quarterly QBR cadence with Field and Corporate Leadership.
