Daikin Applied Americas, the world’s largest HVAC company, seeks a National Accounts Director to lead the Data Centers vertical within National Accounts. Remote role with 50% travel, driving strategy, planning, and team leadership to deliver growth and profitability.

You will build executive relationships with data center operators and hyperscalers, guide market analysis, and collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing to win major national accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in sales or business development, including 6+ years people leadership.
• Experience leading high-performing sales teams in the data center sector.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders across data center operators and hyperscalers.

Responsibilities

• Market analysis and segmentation; assess market intelligence and growth potential.
• Develop and drive strategic Data Center market plans; report to VP and leadership.
• Elevate Data Center team's professionalism; scale complex solutions with field and manufacturing.
• Coordinate with internal teams on supply chain, manufacturing, service, and product development.
• Collaborate with marketing on materials, trade shows, and speaking opportunities.
• Lead pipeline growth and headcount planning.
