Kemper is seeking a National Accounts Sales Executive to develop and manage strategic relationships with national agencies, brokers, carriers, and distribution partners. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 7+ years in B2B sales, business development, agency management, or strategic account management, preferably in P&C insurance.
• Experience managing national or enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven revenue growth and achievement of sales objectives.
• Experience developing strategic account plans, negotiating contracts, and managing complex opportunities.
• Established relationships with national agencies, brokers, carriers or partners preferred.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for national accounts and partners.
• Build executive-level relationships with national agencies, brokers, carriers, and distributors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead complex business development initiatives, negotiations, and implementation.
• Set growth objectives, forecasts, and monitor profitability and retention.
• Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Finance, Operations, Marketing to meet partner needs.
• Serve as trusted advisor, address issues, and drive mutual growth.
• Monitor industry trends and market developments to inform strategy.
• Lead executive reviews, strategic presentations, and partner meetings.
• Represent Kemper at industry events to expand market presence.
