Kemper is seeking a National Accounts Sales Executive to develop and manage strategic relationships with national agencies, brokers, carriers, and other distribution partners. The role drives revenue growth across large accounts and supports nonstandard insurance products, including Private Passenger Auto and Commercial Vehicle.

Responsibilities include leading strategic account plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver financially sound solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
• 7+ years in B2B sales or strategic accounts in P&C insurance
• Experience with national/enterprise accounts and multi-stakeholder environments
• Proven revenue growth and account management track record
• Experience negotiating contracts and developing strategic plans
• Established relationships with national agencies, brokers, carriers, or insurance partners (preferred)
• Spanish language ability preferred

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing relationships

• Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Finance, Operations, Marketing to develop competitive solutions
• Represent Kemper at industry events and lead executive reviews with partners
