Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive B2B sales, business development, agency management, or strategic account management experience, preferably in P&C insurance.
• Experience managing national or enterprise-level accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue, premium growth, or other sales objectives.
• Experience developing strategic account plans, negotiating contracts, and managing complex business development opportunities.
• Established relationships with national agencies, brokers, carriers, or other insurance partners preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
