is seeking an Account Executive for our National Accounts team. This remote role supports customers across the Midwest and travels up to 50% to strengthen relationships and grow opportunities while partnering with Inside Sales to deliver flexible, cloud-based safety and compliance solutions. The ideal candidate brings field sales experience in consultative selling, can manage complex cycles, and communicates clearly with senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in a consultative selling environment.
• Experience selling services, software, subscriptions, or other solution-based offerings.
• Knowledge of the Transportation, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), or regulatory compliance industries preferred.
• Education Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Strong consultative selling and business development abilities. Ability to communicate complex regulatory or industry concepts in a customer-focused manner. Proven negotiation and account management skills. Strong presentation and executive communication capabilities. Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills. Valid driver's license required. Ability to travel approximately 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account growth strategies for assigned customers.
• Partner with Inside Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and expand relationships.
• Consult with decision-makers to understand business challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and supply agreements to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through implementation and adoption.
• Identify and engage new stakeholders and decision-makers within existing customers.
• Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, and onsite visits to strengthen partnerships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by helping clients navigate evolving safety and compliance requirements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by proactively resolving issues and ensuring customer success.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, customer information, and expense reporting.
