is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our National Accounts team. This remote role supports Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, and Indiana with 50% travel, collaborating with Inside Sales to grow strategic accounts and deliver cloud-based safety and compliance solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, negotiate contracts, and build executive relationships with senior decision-makers across industries while providing

Competenze

• Field sales experience in a consultative selling environment.
• Experience selling services, software, subscriptions, or other solution-based offerings.
• Knowledge of the Transportation, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), or regulatory compliance industries preferred.

Mansioni

• Grow and develop a portfolio of national accounts through strategic relationship management and solution-based selling.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies for assigned customers.
• Partner with Inside Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and expand relationships.
• Consult with decision-makers to understand business challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and supply agreements to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through implementation.
• Identify and engage new stakeholders within existing customer organizations.
• Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, and onsite visits to strengthen partnerships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor helping clients navigate evolving safety and compliance requirements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by proactively resolving issues and ensuring customer success.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, customer information, and expense reporting.
