Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a results-driven National Accounts Director to lead the Data Centers vertical within the National Accounts team. Remote role with 50% travel as needed, focused on delivering growth and profitable outcomes.

You will set vertical strategy, train and coach a high-performance team, and build executive-level relationships with data center operators and hyperscalers. You will partner with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to win major national accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales or business development, including 6+ years people leadership.
• Experience leading high-performing sales teams through rapid growth in the data center sector.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders across data center operators, and hyperscalers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Centers vertical market strategy and nationwide accounts program.
• Develop and drive business plans to deliver incremental growth and profitable results.
• Lead a team of Data Center experts and coach on pipeline growth and headcount.
• Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, service operations, and product development.
• Collaborate with marketing for materials, trade shows, and visibility.
• Mentor and manage national accounts relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
