Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a National Accounts Director to lead the Data Centers vertical within the National Accounts team. You will set the market strategy, drive growth, and lead a team to deliver profitable results across nationwide accounts.

Remote role with 50% travel, requiring strong executive relationships with data center operators and hyperscalers. Competitive salary range and comprehensive benefits accompany this leadership opportunity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in sales or business development; including 6+ years people leadership experience.
• History of leading high-performing sales teams through periods of rapid growth in the data center sector.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders across data center operators, and hyperscalers.

• Market Analysis: assess market intelligence and growth potential for the Data Center vertical.
• Strategic Planning: develop and drive business strategy Data Center vertical market.
• Key Customer Planning & Execution: elevate professionalism of Data Center team and scale complex solutions.
• Stakeholder Coordination: lead cross-functional strategy with internal teams to support customers.
• Marketing: collaborate with marketing for materials, events, and visibility.
• Team Management: lead and grow the Data Center experts, hire and coach.
