• 10+ years in sales or business development with 6+ years in people leadership.
• History of leading high-performing sales teams through periods of rapid growth in the data center sector.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders across data center operators and hyperscalers.

Responsibilities

• Market Analysis: assess and communicate market intelligence including market characteristics, trends, and growth potential.
• Strategic Planning: develop and drive Data Center vertical market strategy and provide updates to leadership.
• Key Customer Planning & Execution: elevate the Data Center team, improve customer experience, and scale complex solutions.
• Stakeholder Coordination: lead vertical market strategy across internal functions and monitor competitor activities.
• Marketing: collaborate with marketing on materials, trade shows, and visibility.
• Team Management: lead and coach Data Center experts, hire and train staff, and manage pipeline growth.
