Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a National Accounts Director to lead the Data Centers vertical market as part of the National Accounts team. This role is remote with 50% travel and focuses on setting strategy, driving growth, and leading a team of Data Center experts to deliver profitable results.

You will develop executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders, coordinate across internal teams, and drive short- and long-term plans in a rapidly evolving data center landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in sales or business development; 6+ years people leadership.
• History of leading high-performing sales teams in the data center sector.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders across data center operators and hyperscalers.

Responsibilities

• Market analysis to assess market intelligence and growth potential.
• Develop and drive business strategy for the Data Center vertical; provide updates to leadership.
• Lead and scale the Data Center team to deliver consistent customer experience and solutions.
• Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, service operations and product development.
• Collaborate with marketing on materials, events, and visibility; identify speaking and publishing opportunities.
• Hire, train and coach headcount; manage performance and career development.
