The successful candidate will build executive relationships, shape market strategy, and lead a high-performing national accounts team to deliver profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in sales or business development.
• 6+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading high-performing sales teams in data centers.
• 5+ years of HVAC sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Centers vertical market strategy and planning.
• Drive market analysis and segmentation to inform decisions.
• Oversee national accounts pipeline and coach the team.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, service operations, and product teams.
• Collaborate with marketing on materials, events, and visibility.
• Hire and develop headcount and manage performance.
