Daikin Applied is seeking a National Accounts Director to lead the Data Centers vertical market and drive strategy as part of the National Accounts team. The role requires building executive relationships with C-suite leaders and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver profitable growth.

The position is remote with 50% travel, requiring strong strategic planning, leadership, and market analysis to shape the data center solutions and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in sales or business development with leadership.
• History of leading high-performing sales teams in data center sector.
• Proven ability to engage C-suite executives across data center operators and hyperscalers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Centers vertical market strategy and business plans to drive growth.
• Develop and drive the vertical market business plan; report updates to VP and executives.
• Elevate the Data Center team, driving process improvements for the customer experience and scalable solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, manufacturing, service operations, product development) to implement strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing for materials, events, and visibility; pursue speaking and publishing opportunities.
• Hire, train, and manage headcount; drive coaching and professional development.
