Daikin Applied seeks a National Accounts Director to lead the Data Centers vertical as part of the National Accounts team. You will set the vertical market strategy and business plans, guiding a team to deliver strong growth and profitable results.

Location: Remote with up to 50% travel. Responsibilities include market analysis, strategic planning, customer planning, and cross-functional coordination to scale complex solutions across field, manufacturing, and sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales or business development with leadership experience
• 6+ years leading high-performing teams
• Data center sector experience and HVAC sales background
• Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders

Responsibilities

• Market analysis and strategic planning for the Data Center vertical
• Lead national accounts team and drive growth with key customers
• Coordinate with internal functions to deliver repeatable, high-quality customer experiences
• Develop and communicate market strategy to executive leadership and regional teams
• Collaborate with marketing on materials, events, and visibility
