Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Director of National Accounts to lead national sales and service operations across key customer relationships. You will drive strategic growth, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable value through innovative energy solutions.

The role requires oversight of pricing, contracts, and long-term commercial agreements, with travel to engage with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of progressive sales and management experience.
• Experience in the battery, power solutions, and/or material handling industry.
• Ability to clearly explain technical electrical systems to customers and stakeholders.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with coaching and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead national accounts operations to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Develop growth strategies and manage key customer relationships.
• Oversee sales forecasting, margins, and cost management.
• Lead contract negotiations and long-term commercial agreements.
• Represent EnerSys at industry events and strategic reviews.
