Environ Energy in the United States is seeking a Director in Sales to drive new business and expand our presence in the territory. The role targets large prospects with potential to deploy multiple energy and sustainability solutions, and to build lasting client relationships from first contact to close.

You will lead strategic account development, shape sales plans, and collaborate with engineers and support teams to deliver projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, sustainability, or related field.
• 5+ years of energy sales with cross-selling experience in manufacturing, higher/private education, or healthcare.
• Energy-related certifications may substitute for a degree.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prospect potential clients within the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to hit targets.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline using MQLs, SQLs, networking, referrals, and events.
• Educate clients on Environ solutions such as community solar, energy efficiency, carbon tracking, and sustainability services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of clean energy projects.
