ASSA ABLOY is seeking a National Account Manager, Retail to oversee National Hardware sales within the Retail Channel (Lowe’s & New Retail) across the Americas Residential segment. You will manage product portfolios, forecast demand, plan promotions, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with Product, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.

The role requires building senior-level retailer relationships, developing growth strategies, and leading cross-functional project teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive sales experience in consumer products.
• 2+ years managing Lowe’s or similar retail accounts.
• Proven experience owning a P&L and developing growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive sales and profit performance for the Hardware subgroup in Retail.
• Develop short- and long-term growth plans to boost sales and omnichannel presence.
• Identify white space opportunities and expand product portfolios in-store and online.
• Build retailer-specific growth plans aligning priorities, market opportunities, and internal capabilities.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and profitability planning with cross-functional teams.
• Travel 20–40% domestically and internationally.
