Regal Rexnord is seeking a high-performing Sales Recruiter to attract and hire top commercial talent across the organization. You will partner with sales leaders, HR, and business stakeholders to execute talent acquisition strategies that align with priorities and workforce needs.

The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, and building strong candidate pipelines while enhancing the employer brand and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting sales, commercial, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent through direct sourcing, networking, and relationship-driven recruiting strategies.
• Experience managing multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative sourcing and recruitment strategies for sales and commercial positions across multiple business units.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from kickoff meetings through onboarding support.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical commercial roles and future hiring needs.
• Partner with leaders to understand objectives, territory structures, talent gaps, and workforce planning needs.
• Collaborate with COE and HR teams to deliver a high-quality hiring experience.
