Job summary

BCM One, Inc. is seeking a remote-based Senior Sales professional to build a book of business in the southeastern United States and drive net-new logos through proactive prospecting and networking.

You will cultivate channel relationships and lead consultative conversations to map solutions to customer outcomes. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in telecom/tech sales with a proven track record of creating pipeline and winning new logos.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant sales, business development, or channel experience within telecommunications, technology, or a related industry.
• Proven success hunting and winning new-logo business and generating pipeline.
• Experience building productive channel relationships with partners.
• Strong consultative and value-selling skills to align solutions with customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build a book of business from the ground up and generate self-sourced pipeline.
• Develop and cultivate channel relationships that create mutual opportunities and growth.
• Lead value-based sales conversations and connect solutions to customer outcomes.
• Own territory strategy, prospecting, engagement, pipeline, and forecasting.
• Achieve sales and revenue goals while representing BCM One in meetings and events.
