Job summary

BCM One is expanding its U.S. sales presence with National Account Executives who will own their territory, build a robust pipeline, and drive net-new logos through proactive prospecting and strong partner relations.

You will lead value-based sales conversations, engage senior decision-makers, and forecast effectively while leveraging BCM One’s suite of telecom and managed services. This remote role targets the southeastern U.S. region with travel requirements up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant sales, business development, or channel experience within telecommunications, technology, or related industry.
• Proven success hunting new-logo business and generating pipeline through proactive prospecting.
• Experience building productive channel relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

• Build a book of business from the ground up with net-new logos and pipeline.
• Develop and cultivate channel relationships for mutual opportunities and growth.
• Lead consultative, value-based sales conversations tying challenges to outcomes.
• Own territory strategy, manage prospecting, engagements, pipeline, and forecasting.
• Hit sales and revenue goals representing BCM One’s value in meetings and events.
