Job summary

BCM One is seeking energetic National Account Executives to build a US-based book of business from the ground up, focusing on new logos and channel partnerships. This remote role covers the southeastern US and requires strong consultative selling to connect customer challenges with business outcomes.

You will own territory strategy, generate pipeline, and drive revenue, with a base salary plus uncapped commission and a robust on-target earnings plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant sales, business development, or channel experience within telecommunications, technology, or a related industry.
• Proven success hunting and winning new-logo business and generating pipeline through proactive prospecting.
• Experience building productive channel relationships and creating opportunities alongside partners.

Responsibilities

• Build a book of business from the ground up, driving net-new logos and self-generated pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Develop and cultivate strong channel relationships that create mutual opportunities and drive financial growth for Pure IP and our partners.
• Lead consultative, value-based sales conversations that uncover business challenges, quantify impact, engage key decision-makers, and connect solutions to meaningful customer outcomes.
• Own your territory strategy, consistently managing prospecting activity, partner and customer engagement, pipeline, and forecasting.
• Achieve sales and revenue goals while representing Pure IP’s business value and differentiation in customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry events.
