Job summary

Fetch Package, Inc. is seeking a dynamic national account executive to grow and manage enterprise relationships across the United States.

The role focuses on expanding adoption of our PropTech solutions, securing enterprise agreements, and driving revenue growth within national portfolios. You will work remotely with a flexible schedule, travel as needed to meet clients and industry events, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer success to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in a PropTech, SaaS, or commercial real estate technology environment.
• Experience working within the multifamily industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of customer requirements and market trends.
• Ability to work independently, manage large, diverse customer portfolios, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to travel as required to meet clients or attend industry events.

Responsibilities

• Actively drive growth by farming existing national account relationships and hunting for new expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to expand partnerships within the customer's organization.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and liaise with internal teams for swift solutions.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer success to meet customer requirements.
• Provide regular updates on account status, challenges, opportunities, and risks to leadership.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients about services and value delivered.
• Develop proposals, presentations and product demonstrations for existing clients.
