Qualifications

• BS/BA required; graduate or Pharmacy degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech, with payer-facing experience for rare or orphan products.
• Proven negotiation and execution with US payers, 5+ years.
• Strong relationships with national and regional payers.
• Experience in Rare Disease/Orphan/Specialty products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned US accounts and execute GRD Market Access strategy.
• Build strategic relationships and secure favorable portfolio placement and policy access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reimbursement challenges.
• Design and operate pull-through programs across national and regional health plans.
