The ideal candidate has 8+ years in biopharma with US rare-disease reimbursement experience, HIPAA knowledge, and a patient-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in biopharma including sales, access or reimbursement.
• 3+ years in access and reimbursement roles.
• Rare disease reimbursement experience in the US.
• Experience with third‑party HUBs.
• Strong empathy, patient-centric approach and HIPAA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide reimbursement education and access guidance to designated accounts in the US field.
• Collaborate with RDAMs, HCPs, payers, and HUB partners to ensure patient access.
• Address access and reimbursement issues with proactive education and problem-solving.
• Support affordability options including copay assistance and patient education.
• Coordinate with patient support services to sustain therapy initiation and use.
