Job summary

NetApp, Inc. is seeking a technically credible people leader to manage our North America Vertical Solutions team, a group of experienced presales Solutions Architects.

You will coach, develop, and align specialists to drive complex storage solutions across healthcare, imaging, and enterprise workloads. You will partner with Client Executives and sales leaders, guide technical discovery, and drive bookings while expanding partner engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management experience leading technical presales specialists or equivalent teams.
• Customer-facing technical presales experience in enterprise storage or data infrastructure.
• Strong foundation in enterprise storage architectures and data management.
• Ability to lead an overlay organization with account teams and partners.
• Experience collaborating with product management, engineering, and field teams.
• Willingness to travel across North America as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop experienced Solutions Architects across North America, fostering trust and accountability.
• Prioritize resources based on customer requirements, complexity, and revenue potential.
• Partner with Client Executives and sales leaders to maximize impact and win opportunities.
• Guide technical discovery, solution design, validation, and customer presentations.
• Drive bookings, track pipeline, and measure enablement and partner engagement.
• Travel across North America to support customer meetings and field enablement.
