Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager for North America, based in Rock Hill, SC with flexible hybrid/home-based arrangements. The role offers a base salary of $60,000 to $72,000, plus monthly commissions, an annual bonus potential and a monthly automobile allowance.

You will spearhead North American growth with end users and distributors. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will manage CRM for North America, develop sales strategies, and travel regionally to promote

Qualifications

• Track record of business development with end users and distributor networks.
• Experience of selling capital equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Results oriented with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Able to work flexible hours with some time staying away from home as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and review an agreed sales strategy to maximize results.
• Sales management and development of end user and distributor accounts.
• Seek out and develop new distribution partners and end users in key target areas.
• Manage customer demonstrations at MSS premises or end user sites.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences.
• CRM North American contacts and reporting to the VP of Sales.
