Job summary

MSS Group is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive North American expansion from a home base or Rock Hill office. You will develop sales strategies, manage end user and distributor networks, and lead demonstrations and negotiations with customers and partners.

Ideal candidates have experience in selling capital equipment, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously with a flexible schedule. Travel and regional coverage are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in developing new business with end users and distributors.
• Experience selling capital equipment and managing accounts.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy with the VP of Sales to maximize results.
• Manage end user and distributor accounts and identify new partners.
• Coordinate demonstrations, presentations, and documentation for customers and distributors.
• Travel regionally to advance MSS product sales and partnerships.
• Input for marketing support and CRM North American contacts.
