Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC in Charleston, SC, is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager for North America. The role combines base salary, commissions, annual bonus potential and a monthly automobile allowance, with potential first-year earnings up to $120K.

The position supports growth with end users and distributors in capital equipment markets, including laser cutting and gas systems, with flexible/hybrid home-based work from Rock Hill or Charleston offices.

Qualifications

Track record of business development with end users and distributor networks.
Experience selling capital equipment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Results oriented with a 'can do' attitude.
Willingness to travel and stay away from home.
Self-discipline and autonomous work style.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Full driving licence.
Experience in laser cutting, sheet metal or compressed gas industries.
5 years capital sales experience.
IT literacy with Microsoft Office and CRM.
Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing.
Engineering qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a sales strategy with the VP of Sales to maximize results.
Manage existing end-user and distributor accounts and develop new partners.
Lead demonstrations and coordinate CRM North America contacts.
Represent MSS at industry exhibitions and conferences.
Travel regionally within North America.
Prepare monthly CRM reports and forecasts.
Input for regular marketing support.
