Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Field & Demand Generation Manager for North America. This remote role partners with sales leadership to drive pipeline and revenue through integrated field and digital campaigns, events, and partner programs.

You will own regional plans, manage budgets, and measure results while collaborating with cloud and technology partners to accelerate priority accounts across NA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B field marketing and demand generation.
• Experience planning and executing executive events and regional programs end to end.
• Strong background in running regional field and demand programs across North America.
• Proven ability to create integrated campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the North America field and demand marketing plan tied to revenue goals.
• Act as a marketing partner to regional sales leaders, setting quarterly plans and reviewing results.
• Plan and execute field programs, including executive dinners and regional events.
• Manage partner and co-marketing programs with cloud and technology partners.
• Run digital programs to support field activities, including paid media and webinars.
• Develop account-based and pipeline acceleration programs for priority accounts.
• Oversee the regional field calendar, budgets, and reporting.
