Job summary

LRN seeks a Director, Demand Generation to lead North America demand-gen strategy and execution. You will drive multi‑channel campaigns, ABM programs, and data‑driven optimization to grow leads and pipeline.

Collaboration with Sales, Rev Ops, SDRs, and events teams will be essential for maximizing conversion and ROI. You will guide persona-driven campaigns aligned with regional objectives and leverage HubSpot and Salesforce to measure performance and drive growth in a remote North America

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• 3+ years leading regional programs and ABM campaigns.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Experience in SaaS/enterprise software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the North America demand generation strategy across all funnel stages.
• Manage a multi-channel budget and run integrated campaigns.
• Lead ABM campaigns to move marketing qualified accounts to sales-ready and provide timely insights to Sales.
• Collaborate with Sales, Rev Ops, and SDRs to optimize pipeline and conversion metrics.
• Analyze funnel performance, report ROI, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing Events Manager on pre-event, event, and post-event initiatives.
