Job summary

CloudBees seeks a Senior Field & Demand Generation Manager for North America. This fully remote role partners with sales to own the regional field and demand plan, executing executive events and ABM campaigns that build pipeline and revenue.

You will collaborate with product marketing, content, and marketing ops to optimize campaigns, measure ROI, and ensure timely follow-up across North America. Travel for regional events is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B field marketing and demand generation, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Has planned and run executive events, roundtables, and regional programs end to end.
• Strong experience running regional field and demand programs across North America.

Responsibilities

• Own the North America field and demand plan, tied to pipeline and revenue goals.
• Act as the marketing partner to regional sales leaders: set quarterly plan and target accounts.
• Plan and run field programs: executive dinners, roundtables, regional events, roadshows, and partner co-marketing.
• Run digital programs: paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, nurture, retargeting.
• Collaborate with product marketing on messaging and launches; work with content/brand/web teams.
