Job summary

CloudBees is seeking a Senior Field & Demand Generation Manager to own field and demand marketing for North America. You will lead regional plans, executive events, and ABM programs, partnering with sales, BDR, product marketing, and RevOps to drive pipeline and revenue.

This hands-on role combines strategic planning with program execution, requiring travel across North America, strong analytics, and excellent cross-functional collaboration to build repeatable, measurable campaigns.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B field marketing and demand generation, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Experience planning executive events, roundtables, and regional programs end to end.
• Strong experience running regional field and demand programs across North America.
• Proven track record building integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
• Experience partnering with regional sales leaders and defending trade-offs.
• Ability to manage both top-of-funnel demand creation and mid-/late-funnel pipeline acceleration.
• Hands-on experience with field channels and digital channels.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven budget allocation.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment; excellent project management and communication.
• Willing to travel regularly across North America.
• Able to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the NA field and demand plan; align with sales leadership and pipeline goals.
• Partner with regional sales leaders to set plans and target accounts; review results.
• Plan and run field programs: executive dinners, roundtables, regional events, and roadshows.
• Run partner and co-marketing programs with cloud/tech partners and MDF activity.
• Manage digital programs: paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, nurture, retargeting.
• Build ABM and pipeline acceleration programs for priority accounts; in-person touches.
• Own calendar, budgets, vendors, and forecast-to-actuals reporting.
• Collaborate with product marketing on messaging and campaigns; work with content/brand/web teams.
• Ensure clean campaign setup, attribution, lead routing, and funnel visibility with Marketing Ops.
• Oversee handoff to BDR for follow-up; ensure SLAs are met and leads are nurtured.
