Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Marketing to join a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. The role owns the planning and execution of a dynamic field marketing and events program that supports brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth.

You will partner with sales, marketing, and external vendors to deliver impactful experiences for prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in events or field marketing within a B2B setting.
• Proven track record of managing events from inception to execution.
• Strong project management skills to juggle multiple events simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capability.
• Experience liaising with external vendors and event organizers.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to analyze event data and performance metrics for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full event calendar, including a range of field marketing and event programs.
• Create detailed event plans, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful execution.
• Manage venues, catering, attendee registration, and other event logistics.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop messaging and promotional content.
• Work with sales teams to drive attendance and follow-up strategies.
• Support speakers with logistics and presentations to ensure seamless participation.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors to meet deliverables and budgets.
