Job summary

Certified Power Solutions is seeking a Municipal/DOT Sales Manager to expand large and mid-sized accounts across MN, IA, WI from a fully remote setup. You will lead face-to-face sales efforts, build senior-level relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Travel within the region is required to pursue strategic opportunities and develop new accounts. Use consultative selling to identify client needs, deliver tailored hydraulic and electronic control solutions, and manage opportunities in

Qualifications

• Must have proven outside sales experience.
• Willing to travel regionally for face-to-face engagements.
• Strong relationship-building with customers and stakeholders.
• Technical aptitude in hydraulic systems and control solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in a defined territory with face-to-face calls at strategic accounts.
• Develop and manage senior-level relationships to grow revenue.
• Execute marketing and sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain Salesforce records and analyze data to identify opportunities.
• Provide quotes and assist customers with technical and logistical questions.
