Job summary

Voith US Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Manager - Hydraulics to drive direct sales of hydraulic linear drives, systems and pumps in the Midwest U.S., while providing technical backup to inside sales.

The ideal candidate understands heavy machine tools, injection molding, press builders and end users, with proven hydraulics and machine tools experience. The role requires up to 50% travel, collaboration with product groups, customer visits, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales and service-related experience.
• Ability to read and analyze technical drawings, P&ID and controls.
• Knowledge about electrical drives, automation and hydraulic drives.

Responsibilities

• Sales in the mid-western U.S. for new products, aftermarket, services and retrofit.
• Provide technical backup to inside sales and prepare quotations.
• Interface with OEMs, distributors, end users and integrators to meet goals.
• Travel up to 50% and negotiate contracts with factory support.
