Qualifications

• Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service is highly valuable.
• Fluent in Italian (oral & written) and in Spanish or English.
• Able to plan, organize, prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
• 100% remote/home-office position.

Responsibilities

• Customer service by phone, email, or social media for solving incidents.
• Manage and efficiently handle incoming calls and chats to ensure high-quality communication with clients.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
