Job summary

speakit is seeking an Italian Speaking Technical Support Advisor to assist viewers via phone and chat, handling software functionality questions and technical configurations. You will troubleshoot issues and provide real-time responses while delivering high-quality customer support from a remote Portugal location.

Requirements include fluent Italian and English (B2), strong communication and empathy, and familiarity with digital streaming services.

• High level Italian (written and oral) and fluent English (B2)
• Passionate about entertainment and media enterprise

Responsibilities

• Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding different queries
• Provide account and application support to viewers regarding software functionality
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings
• Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer’s inquiries.
