Job summary

Fever is seeking a customer service professional to provide support via email, phone or social media while working remotely from home. The role includes handling calls, chats and inquiries with a focus on timely, accurate information and polite, proactive problem solving.

Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, along with Zendesk experience. The position offers a home office setup, benefits, and an opportunity to join a young, international team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in user support or customer service positions.
• Experience using Zendesk is preferred.
• High level of Portuguese (oral & written) and fluency in English.
• Strong planning, organization, prioritization and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solution-oriented, reliable and detail-oriented with strong time-management.
• Flexibility and adaptability to fast-changing environments.
• Decisive and organized.
• Team-player in a dynamic, growing company.
• Must reside in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by e‑mail, phone or social media to resolve incidents.
• Manage incoming calls, chats and customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the correct methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives within time limits, following up to ensure resolution; keep records of interactions, process accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations as incident resolutions vary.
