Job summary

Mercor is seeking practicing primary care physicians to review, annotate, and evaluate outpatient clinical documentation for AI-enabled clinical documentation tools. The role emphasizes multilingual proficiency (advanced) in addition to English, with remote, part-time scheduling designed around an active clinical practice.

You will review notes, annotate data against guidelines, and provide structured feedback to product teams. This position requires 10+ hours per week and US-based eligibility.

Qualifications

• MD with 2+ years post-residency, currently practicing PCP/Family Medicine/IM.
• US-based clinician with direct outpatient note writing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English plus another language (C1+).
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Documentation Review: assess accuracy and completeness of outpatient notes.
• Annotation & Structured Feedback: mark omissions and provide actionable notes.
• Knowledge Contribution: help define guidelines and edge-case definitions.
