Job summary

CCMSI is seeking an experienced Multi-Line Claim Supervisor to lead a team handling complex casualty claims within captive programs. The role covers construction, agribusiness, and other commercial accounts across the United States, with a focus on coverage interpretation, liability assessment, and litigation strategy.

The ideal candidate will mentor staff, partner with sophisticated captive members, and ensure high-quality claim outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active adjuster license in home state; multiple licenses preferred.
• 10+ years multi-line casualty claims experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with complex litigated liability claims.
• Strong knowledge of coverage analysis and policy interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of claim professionals.
• Provide guidance on high-exposure, litigated claims.
• Oversee coverage analysis and claim strategy.
• Manage contractual risk transfer and indemnification issues.
• Collaborate with defense counsel on litigation plans.
• Monitor reserving, diary management, and reporting.
