Job summary

CCMSI, a leading third-party administrator, seeks a Multi-Line Claim Consultant for auto and general liability property damage. This full-life cycle role requires 5+ years of multi-line claims experience and active homestate license. Remote work with reporting to the Chicago region.

You will investigate, adjust, reserve, and settle complex claims, coordinating with clients and vendors to ensure quality and compliance. Bachelor's degree preferred; bilingual skills valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate and adjust multi-line claims in line with standards and laws.
• Establish reserves or provide reserve recommendations within authority.
• Review or approve medical, legal, and damage invoices; negotiate disputed bills.
• Authorize payments within procedures and payment authority.
• Coordinate with clients, claimants and vendors throughout the process.
