Job summary

CCMSI is seeking an experienced Multi-Line Claim Consultant to join our National Liability team. This fully remote role focuses on investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving complex auto, municipal, and general liability claims across jurisdictions.

Expect to manage a diverse portfolio, maintain high service standards, and collaborate with clients, defense counsel, and vendors to drive favorable outcomes while complying with CCMSI standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-line claims handling experience.
• Experience investigating, evaluating, and resolving liability claims.
• Experience handling litigated claims.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Home State Adjusters License is required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is valued.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust multi-line liability claims while ensuring compliance with client requirements and CCMSI standards.
• Manage a portfolio of auto, municipal, and general liability claims from assignment through resolution.
• Analyze coverage, liability, damages, and exposure to establish reserves and strategies.
• Coordinate litigation management with defense counsel and vendors for favorable outcomes.
• Communicate with clients, claimants, attorneys, vendors, and stakeholders on claim status.
