CCMSI is seeking a highly experienced Multi-Line Claim Specialist for national accounts with a focus on Complex Coverage. You will manage high-exposure claims from assignment to resolution, serving as a technical resource for coverage interpretation, litigation strategy, and claim resolution in collaboration with clients and legal counsel.

The role requires 8+ years in multi-line claims, strong litigation management skills, and deep knowledge of WCEL and contractual risk transfer.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of multi-line claim handling experience.
• Minimum 5+ years managing complex, high-exposure, and heavily litigated liability claims.
• Strong expertise in litigation management and defense counsel oversight.
• Advanced knowledge of WCEL, complex liability coverage analysis, contractual risk transfer, indemnity, additional insured provisions, and umbrella/excess liability exposures.

Responsabilités

• Investigate, evaluate, and manage complex, high-exposure multi-line claims in accordance with CCMSI standards and applicable state laws.
• Lead claim strategy on heavily litigated files, coordinating with defense counsel to drive resolution.
• Perform detailed coverage analysis and policy interpretation.
• Analyze and apply contractual risk transfer, including indemnity and additional insured provisions.
• Establish and maintain significant reserves and exposure evaluations.
• Direct and oversee defense counsel, experts, and vendors to progress claims.
• Negotiate high-value settlements aligned with legal strategy and client expectations.
• Review complex invoices for accuracy and relevance.
• Provide clear communications and reporting to clients on status, exposure, and strategy.
