Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join our team. The role delivers telephonic medication consultations, health education, and care coordination to advance medication adherence and patient engagement strategies.

You will execute MTM, Stars Adherence, and ongoing clinical initiatives within defined program guidelines, reporting to the Supervisor, CEC Operations and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Competenze

• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification required. State Pharmacy Technician license required where applicable.
• 3 years of pharmacy support experience or clinical program execution required.
• Strong pharmaceutical knowledge to address inquiries and ensure safe, informed outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver empathetic, patient-focused support with clear, respectful communication.
• Experience managing inbound/outbound communications following workflows, scripts, and escalation protocols.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA.
• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams to meet service level expectations.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Capable of cooperative, respectful interactions with colleagues.

Mansioni

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives per established protocols.
• Conduct proactive patient outreach to improve engagement, adherence, and program participation.
• Coordinate patient care activities to ensure timely access to medications and continuity of therapy.
• Collaborate with CEC team to support high-quality clinical services and shared accountability for outcomes.
• Educate patients on program benefits and medication adherence within protocols to identify risks and interventions.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and extended day supply requests with pharmacies/providers.
• Identify barriers to medication access and connect members with appropriate resources.
• Apply sound professional judgment and escalate non-routine decisions when needed.
• Adhere to protocols and regulatory requirements, escalating complex cases accordingly.
• Complete assigned workflows accurately and support department performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
